6 Months Old

"Mommy, make time slow down!"

I am a week behind but my baby boy turned six months old last Monday.  Time is really flying by.  He was not happy when I took these pictures, but it is what it is.  I was not trying again, LOL!

Colyn, here is what you are up to these days:

• You weight 15 lbs. 14 oz. and are 26 1/2 inches long.  You are smaller then brother was at this age which I thought was funny because you LOVE to eat. 
• You wear size 3 diapers and some 3-6 and 6-9 month clothes.
• You are scooting in circles and you want to crawl so bad.
• You sit up for a few minutes now and then will eventually fall to your belly, it scares me but you will get more coordinated in those moves.
• Dr. Bill says you have a tooth on the top that is getting ready to cut.
• You are blabbing all the time and we think you have said Da-Da but not 100% sure that's what it was.
• You are eating stage 2 baby food and formula right now.  We will try stage 3 soon.

When we went to the doctor this past week you had another ear infection in the same (left) ear.  Dr. Bill put you on a stronger antibiotic that will hopefully knock it out and we will check back up with him next week.  I hope this goes away so you do not have to eventually get tubes. 

You are such a happy baby (minus these pictures, LOL) and Daddy, Jacob and I love you so much.  We can not wait to see what your next big accomplishment will be.
