I Never Want to Get Up

I decided it was time for us to finally break down and buy a new bedroom suit.  We have had my parent’s old bedroom furniture since we got married and I really wanted something of our own and a king size bed. It was delivered a few weeks ago. Our bedding came from TJ Maxx.  Also, I know our walls are bare, I am working on that.  We are loving our new bed,  it is so comfy and it is nice to be able to spread out, ha!

A Day at the Park

Last Friday was a beautiful day and we took full advantage of it.  Morgan, Shannon, Lindy and I took all the kiddos to the park.  We had such a good time.  I think the kids had fun too, ha!  They were all worn out by the time we left.

All the babies were passed out!  Thank you Shannon for letting me borrow the wrap, I have got to buy one now.

I am going to miss having play dates on Fridays when I go back to work!  

Little Munchkins

So I have been a little preoccupied with these little men lately.  We have had a busy few weeks and I have been trying to spend as much time with the boys as possible before I go back to work.  I have one week left before I go back and it is bittersweet.  I am sad to leave my baby but I also miss getting up and ready for work everyday.  I know that sounds weird, but I enjoy my daily “adult” interaction.  This little booger has grown so much!  He amazes me every day.  He is already rolling over from his tummy to his back.  Every time I put him in the floor on his tummy he rolls over, it is too cute.  He is also holding his head up so good.  This little man is also growing up too fast!  Jacob is such a good big brother.  He loves Colyn so much and always wants to help me with him.  He has been sick this past week so it has been a challenge.  He is such a Momma’s boy and I want to love on him so much and I am learning how to divide my time with two, but it can be stressful at times.  Such as life!I am trying to get back into the swing of things, so I will try not to neglect my blog anymore, ha!  Hope everyone has a great weekend!  I can not believe February is already over.

Snow Day

So we finally had a lot of snow here in Alabama.  Jacob had so much fun playing in all of it.  We threw snowballs, sledded down the hill, built a snowman and made snow cream.  Here are a few pictures from the day. 

Colyn had fun too, he was our little polar bear.  Do not worry though, he was only outside for 2 seconds.

Not Much Going On

We have stayed at home most of this week so I really do not have much to report.  We celebrated my mom’s birthday on Sunday but that is about it.  I have, however, taken several pictures this week .

                            I am super excited about this weekend, we have GNO tomorrow night and several of us girls are going to the spa for the day.  I hope everyone has a great weekend.  Geaux Saints!

 

A Little Jacob Time

This past Saturday, Jarred and I took Jacob to the circus with several of our friends.  We had really good seats and such a great time.  He loved seeing all the different acts they had (especially the motorcycles).  I am absolutely amazed at the talent of these people and animals.  Here are a few pictures from the show.

                                      Jacob enjoyed his day with just Mommy and Daddy but kept asking where Baby Colyn was.  We told him that Colyn wasn’t big enough to go so we were taking him.  He liked that he was the big boy for the day.
